Who operates Engager?

Engager is operated by Slava Nikitin, based in Singapore. You can contact us at hello@getengager.com.

What are you agreeing to?

By creating an Engager account or using the service (the local dashboard, cloud.getengager.com, the MCP integration, the local runtime, or this website), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What is Engager?

Engager is an AI-assisted LinkedIn engagement service. It discovers and ranks posts where your audience already is, suggests angles (and, on request, drafts) for comments you write in your own words, and publishes from your own LinkedIn account as configured. With a worker's Publish step off, drafts wait for review. Enabling Publish allows the worker to schedule its output within the account budget. Worker schedules and publishing steps are separate controls.

Who can use Engager?

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may only connect a LinkedIn account that is yours or that you are explicitly authorized to operate. You are responsible for keeping your Engager credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

The LinkedIn reality — read this section

Engager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn. The service operates a browser connected to your LinkedIn account, locally or through a hosted browser provider. LinkedIn does not offer an official API for this workflow. Automating actions on your account may conflict with LinkedIn’s User Agreement, and LinkedIn may limit the reach of your content, restrict your account, or suspend it.

You accept this risk. Engager ships with safety measures — account limits, spaced publishing, worker Publish controls, and a kill switch — that reduce exposure but do not eliminate the risk. You decide whether and how to use automation on your account, and you are responsible for the consequences to that account. You can leave the worker's Publish step off to review contributions before scheduling them.

Your content and your responsibility

Everything published from your LinkedIn account through Engager is your content — including text drafted by AI. Drafts can be inaccurate, overconfident, or off-tone; reviewing them is your responsibility, especially if you enable automatic publishing. You retain ownership of the knowledge, writing samples, and other material you provide, and you grant us the license needed to operate the service with it.

What can’t you do with Engager?

• Publish spam, harassment, deception, or illegal content, or use the service to impersonate someone else.
• Connect or operate a LinkedIn account without its owner’s authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent the service’s rate limits and safety mechanisms.
• Resell access to your hosted account without permission.
• Abuse the hosted service’s APIs or access another account without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Local software licensing

The local software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. These hosted-service terms do not restrict rights granted by that license, including rights to inspect, modify, and redistribute the software under its terms.

How do subscriptions work?

Engager currently offers one plan: Local-first at $29 per month for the maintained Mac app, background supervision, updates, diagnostics, and support. You supply your own AI subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe from day one with no trial. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Engager is early software: features, limits, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Where a hosted runtime is used, its AI and browser resources are bounded. New hosted work may stop when a resource limit is reached. There are no automatic overage charges. The dashboard shows the resources available to your runtime.

Resource use does not measure successful drafts. A failed or retried AI request can consume hosted resources. Automatic retries do not guarantee that a worker run will complete.

What guarantees does Engager offer?

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — including any warranty about engagement results, follower growth, or the continued standing of your LinkedIn account. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including any limitation, restriction, or suspension of your LinkedIn account — and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@getengager.com. We may suspend or terminate the service for abuse of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

How do these terms change?

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

What law governs?

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Singapore. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law of your own jurisdiction.
