What if something fails?
Every run leaves receipts. Sends are verified server-side, failures stop loudly, and nothing is marked done without evidence. It never fails silently.

Is every comment posted automatically?
No. Nothing posts itself. You write the comment — or adopt a suggestion your Claude drafted — and it goes out because you clicked it, on a paced schedule during your active hours.
Do I need my own Claude subscription?
Yes — Engager runs through your own Claude or Codex: setup happens in chat, and drafting help runs on the subscription you already have, with your Brain as context. That's deliberate: no credit meter, no per-comment AI markup, and your drafts never share a model with every other customer.
Can I stop it instantly?
Yes. There's a global kill switch, and everything runs inside guardrails that are on by default: daily caps, warm-up ramps for new accounts, and active hours so it only engages when you'd plausibly be online.
How does setup work?
